Someone finally gets this reality TV thing

Show up, do and say as little as possible, collect your paycheck and get out. Brilliant!

During this program's woefully short run, television history was made with each succeeding episode. Why it didn't win multiple Emmys is beyond me. And now, at long last... it's coming to DVD!
Seeing as the support for Crash late in the running did not result in a Best Picture win after all, this clearly shows that the Academy are a bunch of bigots who don't want to face the problem of race in our society (particularly in the Los Angeles area, where most of the voters reside)... Though I'm glad it did win Best Director. But no Best Screenplay? More bigotry.
Also the fact that Capote lost means that the Academy are homophobic against gay people who actually existed, and prefer to reward fictional gay people, who are less "threatening."
Plus the fact that Munich lost means that they are kow-towing to the right-wing and/or pro-Israeli lobbyists. At the same time, it shows their deeply ingrained anti-Semitism by refusing to reward Steven Spielberg. And don't forget how they gave Foreign Language Film to Paradise Now... don't get me started on that one.
Oh, and let's not forget the total snubbing of Good Night and Good Luck - deep down, they're McCarthyites.
The Commies...
In the annals of human history, few men are as brave as the one who walked among us so many years ago... A man who righted wrongs, fought for the oppressed and struck a blow for good in the neverending battle against evil... all while wearing parachute pants. This man was Hammerman. His secrets identity has since been revealed as that of one Hammer. That identity was kept very well hidden indeed. This man still speaks words of wisdom here today, on what is clearly the greatest blog... nay, the greatest thing ever created by mankind. Go, read, and you can thank me later. Long live Earth's mightiest hero, Hammerman.
We're gonna have a lot of fun with this blog. Just you wait...
